Product characteristics and applications:
DTT180 is a kind of silicone material with high thermal conductivity and insulation, which can hardly be cured. It has low oil separation, high and low temperature resistance, water resistance, ozone resistance and climate aging resistance. It has good thermal conductivity and electrical insulation. It meets the ROHS standard and relevant environmental protection requirements, and has stable chemical and physical properties.
DTT180 is mainly used for lighting components such as thermal interface materials of LED lamps, thermal interface materials of power supply modules, power components, thermal interface materials of electronic and electrical equipment, etc.

Operation process:
1) Clean the surface to be coated and remove oil and impurities. Then the thermal conductive silicone grease is uniformly coated on the surface to be coated.
2) First, clean the radiator surface with high purity solvents such as high purity isoamyl alcohol or acetone and flannel-free cloth (such as cloth for lens cleaning).
3) The silicone grease is directly coated on the heat dissipation contact surface with a scraper and a brush, and the silicone grease is properly lightly pressed so that the silicone grease can better fill the interface. Achieving ideal thermal conductivity
4) Screen printing is available.
Storage, transportation and precautions:
1) The use of thermal conductive silicone grease is not the more the better, but the thinner the better under the premise of filling the gap. It is not beneficial to coat more, but will affect the heat conduction efficiency.
2) Keep away from children. If you touch your skin carelessly, wipe it clean, then rinse it with clean water; if you touch your eyes carelessly, rinse it with clean water immediately and go to the hospital for examination.
3) The product should be sealed and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place (5 ~25). Prevent rain and sun exposure; storage period is 12 months.
4) After opening, the product should be used up as soon as possible. The unused product should be sealed and put in a safe place.
5) There is a layer of oil on the surface of the product after opening, which belongs to the normal qualified product. It should be fully stirred and even before use.
6) This product is non-dangerous and can be stored and transported according to general chemicals.
Packing specification:
This product is packed in plastic cans of 1Kg/tank (12 cans/boxes), 300ml/branch (25 cans/boxes), 50ml/branch (100 cans/boxes).
