Product uses:
The adhesion promoter PP01 is specially used as a special additive to improve the adhesion of the film to the substrate during the processing of PP plastics. Backing PP bottom water is widely used in household appliances, small commodities, high-grade toys and many other aspects. In order to make its products reach a high level in appearance, surface finishing is needed. However, PP plastic has poor surface ability, low polarity and often poor adhesion, which requires special treatment. For example: flame method, corona, corrosion and other methods, but the above methods are complex and cumbersome, in order to reduce the process, people often use primed PP water sprayed on PP substrate, and then paint other coatings is an effective method, and is convenient, economic, time-saving and paint-saving method.
Usage method:
1. Primed PP water can be directly sprayed on PP parts, generally as long as the cross spray gun can, after construction of PP parts in the indoor air drying for about 15 minutes before spraying paint.
2. For small or complex PP plastic parts, the workpiece can be directly immersed in the PP water for a while, and then the PP workpiece can be taken out and dried in the room for about 20 minutes before spraying paint.
3. If the sprayed PP parts can be baked at 80 C for 30 minutes, the adhesion of the film to the substrate will be better.
Packing specification:
20KG/ barrel
